Jurgen Farrugia just extended his contract with Gudja United FC which will see him feature for the blues for the third consecutive season.
Farrugia is a Maltese 29-Year-Old natural lefty that plays originally as a Left Back but can be deployed also as a Left Midfielder or Left Winger.
Jurgen started his career with St. Patrick’s FC where he played for 4 seasons. Then he moved for a short spell with Birzebbugia St. Peter’s FC before returning to the Zabbar side for another 2 seasons. This experience was followed by 3 successful seasons with Senglea Athletic FC where he was vital for the promotion to the Premier League and also the following season by making his debut in the Maltese highest tier.
